Design of topic priority based on industrial publish-subscribe system

As the size of industrial systems increases, more and topic messages need to be published subscribed in scenarios such as microgrids manufacturing industries. A priority scheduling algorithm based on hotness message topics is proposed address problem efficient distribution with different microgrids. It an that gives permissions according number topics, so face a large messages, data higher or urgency can transmitted first, solving port blocking when server distributes messages. At same time, prevent low from sending timeout waiting for long time period set up, transmission mechanism up within specific ensure system send customers timely accurate manner.
